Key Features

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress in case of power failure, allowing you to resume printing from the last layer when power is restored.

Carborundum Glass Bed

Special textured glass build plate provides excellent adhesion while printing and easy removal once cooled, eliminating need for adhesives.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality 24V power supply provides stable voltage output for consistent heating and reliable operation (Ender-3 Pro/V2 models).

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

Precision aluminum extrusion frame provides excellent stability and rigidity for accurate prints with minimal vibration.

Upgradable Design

Open-source design allows for extensive modifications and upgrades including BLTouch, direct drive, and silent mainboards.

Magnetic Build Surface

Flexible magnetic build plate allows for easy print removal and quick surface changes (Ender-3 Neo models).

Printing Technologies Explained

PLA Printing

Ideal for beginners, prints at 200-220°C with minimal warping and excellent detail

ABS Printing

Requires heated bed (80-110°C) and enclosure for best results, strong and heat resistant

PETG Printing

Combines ease of PLA with strength of ABS, excellent layer adhesion and durability

TPU Printing

Flexible filament requiring slow print speeds and direct drive extruder for best results

Wood Filament

PLA-based with wood fibers, sands and stains like real wood, requires 0.5mm+ nozzle

Carbon Fiber

Reinforced filament requiring hardened steel nozzle, extremely rigid and strong

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch, cable connection, fuse Check power switch position, verify cable connections, check fuse
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, dirty surface, wrong temperature Re-level bed, clean with alcohol, adjust bed temperature
Under-extrusion Clogged nozzle, extruder tension, wrong temperature Clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension, increase temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check pulley set screws, improve cooling
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high Increase retraction distance/speed, lower temperature
Warping corners Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion Increase bed temp, use enclosure, add brim/raft

Common Error Messages

  • Thermal Runaway: Heater malfunction - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • Heating Failed: Heater not reaching temperature - Check wiring and power supply
  • Max Temp Error: Temperature reading too high - Replace thermistor
  • Min Temp Error: Temperature reading too low - Check thermistor connection
  • Homing Failed: Endstop not triggered - Check endstop wiring and positioning
  • SD Card Error: Card not detected - Reformat card or try different card
